Shiplicity provides shipping services, including creating, managing, and receiving shipments, some of these Services offered through our Website for individuals and businesses of all types, sizes, and make-up (“Services”).

The above information of recipients may be collected from shippers when scheduling shipments, when a partner’s client uses our Services to ship, or when a recipient of Shipment contacts us to change any information regarding the delivery of the Shipment.

Shiplicity makes its best efforts to ensure that Personal Data is collected in a fair, transparent, and lawful manner.
Shiplicity provides access on or through its Website to allow customer to avail themselves of Shiplicity Services. Users may subscribe to blogs or electronic newsletters, listen to podcasts, read about training sessions, seminars, and workshops, and purchase the same.
